قُل لِّمَن مَّا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ قُل لِّلَّهِۚ كَتَبَ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَةَۚ لَيَجۡمَعَنَّكُمۡ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهِۚ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Say, "To whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth?" Say, "To Allāh." He has decreed upon Himself mercy. He will surely assemble you for the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. Those who will lose themselves [that Day] do not believe.

Al-Mukhtasar
Say to them, O Messenger: To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the Earth, and whatever is between them? Say: The entire dominion belongs to Allah. Out of His Grace, He has obligated upon Himself mercy towards His slaves and will, therefore, not rush to punish them. He will gather them together for reckoning and recompense on the Day of Resurrection. There is no doubt about this. Those who have lost themselves due to their disbelief in Allah will not believe and rescue themselves from loss.
