Surah Al-An'am 6:92 الأنعام

وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ مُبَارَكٞ مُّصَدِّقُ ٱلَّذِي بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ وَلِتُنذِرَ أُمَّ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ وَمَنۡ حَوۡلَهَاۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦۖ وَهُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمۡ يُحَافِظُونَ
And this is a Book which We have sent down, blessed and confirming what was before it, that you may warn the Mother of Cities [i.e., Makkah] and those around it.326 Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and they are maintaining their prayers.

Al-Mukhtasar
And this Quran is a book that We revealed to you, O Messenger. It is a blessed book that confirms the heavenly books that preceded it so that you could warn the people of Mecca and all the people in the East and West until they are guided. Therefore, those who believe in the Hereafter believe in this Quran, practice it, and guard their prayer by maintaining its pillars, obligatory, and recommended acts during times legislated in sacred law.
