فَالِقُ ٱلۡإِصۡبَاحِ وَجَعَلَ ٱلَّيۡلَ سَكَنٗا وَٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ حُسۡبَانٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقۡدِيرُ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ
[He is] the cleaver of daybreak and has made the night for rest and the sun and moon for calculation.330 That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.

Al-Mukhtasar
He (may He be Exalted and Transcendent) splits the light of dawn from the darkness of the night. He is the One who has made the night still, in which people can rest from the tiring and hard work of the day. He is the One who has made the sun and the moon move according to a precise calculation. That amazing creation is the determination of the Almighty, whom no one can overpower, Omniscient of what is best for His creation.
