Al-Mukhtasar
Whoever pushes Himself to be obedient [to Allah] and stay far away from sins, and strives in the way of Allah, then he strives for himself because the benefit of that will be for him. Allah does not need any of His creation. Their obedience does not give Him anything, and their sins do not take anything away from Him.
