قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ءَامَنتُم بِهِۦ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَمَكۡرٞ مَّكَرۡتُمُوهُ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ لِتُخۡرِجُواْ مِنۡهَآ أَهۡلَهَاۖ فَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
Said Pharaoh, "You believed in him395 before I gave you permission. Indeed, this is a conspiracy which you conspired in the city to expel therefrom its people. But you are going to know.

Al-Mukhtasar
Pharaoh said to them, threatening them after their faith in Allah alone: You believed in Moses before I have permitted you? Indeed, your faith in him and affirmation of what Moses has come with is undoubtedly a trick and scheme you and Moses planned to drive out the city's people. Then you will know, O sorcerers, what punishment will inflict you and what penalty will strike you.
