فَأَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلطُّوفَانَ وَٱلۡجَرَادَ وَٱلۡقُمَّلَ وَٱلضَّفَادِعَ وَٱلدَّمَ ءَايَٰتٖ مُّفَصَّلَٰتٖ فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا مُّجۡرِمِينَ
So We sent upon them the flood and locusts and lice and frogs and blood as distinct signs, but they were arrogant and were a criminal people.

Al-Mukhtasar
Then, as a punishment for their rejection and stubbornness, We sent abundant water, so it flooded their crops and fruits; sent locusts upon them so they ate their yields; sent small creatures upon them called lice striking their crops or harming humans in their hair; sent frogs upon them, so they filled their vessels, ruined their food and kept [people] awake in their places of sleep; and We sent the blood so the water in their wells and rivers turned into blood. We sent all of that as clear and distinct signs, one after another. Despite all that struck them of punishments, they were too pompous to have faith in Allah and believe in what Moses (peace be upon him) brought. They were people who committed wrongs, would not give up falsehood, and would not be guided to the truth.
