Al-Mukhtasar
So when they transgressed the limits by disobeying Allah out of arrogance and stubbornness and did not accept admonishment, We said to them: O disobedient ones, be abased monkeys. Then, they became what We willed. Our command for something, when We will it, is merely saying: Be, then it is.
