وَإِذۡ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكَ لَيَبۡعَثَنَّ عَلَيۡهِمۡ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ مَن يَسُومُهُمۡ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِۗ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَسَرِيعُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
And [mention] when your Lord declared that He would surely [continue to] send upon them until the Day of Resurrection those who would afflict them with the worst torment. Indeed, your Lord is swift in penalty; but indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful.

Al-Mukhtasar
Mention, O Messenger, when Allah declared clearly, in no uncertain terms, that the Jews will certainly be ruled by those who will humiliate and belittle them in this worldly life until the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, your Lord, O Messenger, is surely swift to punish those who disobey Him, such that He might [even] hasten their punishment to be in this life. Indeed, He is surely forgiving of the sins of His slaves who repent to Him and is Merciful to them.
