مَن يَهۡدِ ٱللَّهُ فَهُوَ ٱلۡمُهۡتَدِيۖ وَمَن يُضۡلِلۡ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ
Whoever Allāh guides - he is the [rightly] guided; and whoever He sends astray423 - it is those who are the losers.

Al-Mukhtasar
Whomever Allah gives success of guidance to His straight path is truly the one who is guided, and whomever He distances from the straight path, those are truly the ones undermining their own fortunes, who lost themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection. Is that not the clear loss?
