وَلِكُلّٖ وِجۡهَةٌ هُوَ مُوَلِّيهَاۖ فَٱسۡتَبِقُواْ ٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِۚ أَيۡنَ مَا تَكُونُواْ يَأۡتِ بِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ جَمِيعًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
For each [religious following] is a [prayer] direction toward which it faces. So race to [all that is] good. Wherever you may be, Allāh will bring you forth [for judgement] all together. Indeed, Allāh is over all things competent.

Al-Mukhtasar
Every nation has somewhere to turn to, either physically or spiritually. Part of that is that different nations have different prayer directions and different legislations from Allah. Their various directions cause no harm if they are due to the commands and legislation of Allah. So, O believers, rush to do the good deeds that you have been ordered to do. Allah will gather you all together on the Day of Resurrection from wherever you may be to recompense your deeds. Allah is indeed the Most Capable of everything; He is not incapable of gathering you and recompensing you.
