يُؤۡتِي ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَن يُؤۡتَ ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ فَقَدۡ أُوتِيَ خَيۡرٗا كَثِيرٗاۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
He gives wisdom108 to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good. And none will remember except those of understanding.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah grants the ability to whoever of His slaves He wishes to be steadfast in speech and deeds. Anyone who is given this ability has been given much good. However, only those with sound minds who seek enlightenment through His light and follow His guidance will pay attention and benefit from the signs of Allah.
