ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ يُنفِقُونَ
Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer,9 and spend out of what We10 have provided for them,

- 9 At its proper times and according to its specified conditions.
- 10 It is to be noted that the reference of Allāh (Subḥānahu wa taʿālā) to Himself as "We" in many Qur’ānic verses is necessarily understood in the Arabic language to denote grandeur and power, as opposed to the more intimate singular form "I" used in specific instances.

Al-Mukhtasar
They are those who have faith in that which cannot be perceived through the senses and is hidden from us. However, Allah and His Messengers informed us about these matters, such as the Last Day. They perform the prayer in the manner that Allah legislated: its prerequisites, its pillars, its obligatory, and its highly recommended components. And they spend from that which Allah provided them as obligatory alms (Zakat) or voluntary charity (Ṣadaqah), hoping for Allah's reward. They are the ones who believe in the revelation that Allah sent down upon you, O Muhammad, just as he sent it upon the rest of the prophets (may peace be upon them) before you without prejudice. And they are those who firmly believe in the Hereafter and what it contains from reward and punishment.
