وَقَدِمۡنَآ إِلَىٰ مَا عَمِلُواْ مِنۡ عَمَلٖ فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ هَبَآءٗ مَّنثُورًا
And We will approach [i.e., regard]1016 what they have done of deeds and make them as dust dispersed.

Al-Mukhtasar
We shall turn to the righteous deeds that the disbelievers did in their lives and make them like the scattered particles of dust that are visible in the light rays that pass through a window. This is due to their falsehood and lack of benefit because of their disbelief.
