Surah Al-Furqan 25:22 الفرقان

يَوۡمَ يَرَوۡنَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ لَا بُشۡرَىٰ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ وَيَقُولُونَ حِجۡرٗا مَّحۡجُورٗا

The day they see the angels¹⁰¹⁴ - no good tidings will there be that day for the criminals, and [the angels] will say, "Prevented and inaccessible."¹⁰¹⁵

Al-Mukhtasar

On the Day these people see the angels at the time of their death, when they are in the Barzakh, when they are resurrected, when they are led to their judgment, and when they enter the Fire, there will not be any glad tidings for them on these occasions. In contrast to the believers, the angels will say to them: Glad tidings from Allah are forbidden for you.
