ٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحۡيِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَاۚ قَدۡ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
Know that Allāh gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. We have made clear to you the signs; perhaps you will understand.1632

- 1632 That similarly, Allāh (subḥānahu wa taʿālā) can soften a heart after its hardness and guide one who had previously been astray.

Al-Mukhtasar
Know that Allah revives the Earth by causing it to germinate after it has dried up. We have clearly explained the proofs and evidence of Allah's capability and Oneness so that perhaps you may understand them and know that the One who revives the Earth after its death is also capable of resurrecting you after your death and is capable of making your hearts soft after they have become hard.
