هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٖ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ يَعۡلَمُ مَا يَلِجُ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡهَا وَمَا يَنزِلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا يَعۡرُجُ فِيهَاۖ وَهُوَ مَعَكُمۡ أَيۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٞ
It is He who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne.1627 He knows what penetrates into the earth and what emerges from it and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein; and He is with you1628 wherever you are. And Allāh, of what you do, is Seeing.

Al-Mukhtasar
He is the One who created the heavens and the Earth in six days, starting from Sunday and finishing on Friday, yet He is capable of having created them in less than the duration of the blinking of an eye. He (may He be Exalted) then rose over His Throne as it befits Him, may He be Exalted. He knows everything that enters the Earth, i.e., every drop of rain, seed, etc.; He knows everything that emerges from it, i.e., every plant, mineral, etc.; He knows everything that descends from the sky, i.e., rain, revelation, etc., and He knows everything that ascends to it, i.e., angels, souls, and deeds of the slaves, etc. And He is with you wherever you are, O people, in terms of His knowledge; nothing is hidden from Him, and He sees everything you do. None of your deeds are hidden from Him, and He will recompense you accordingly.
