۞ هَٰذَانِ خَصۡمَانِ ٱخۡتَصَمُواْ فِي رَبِّهِمۡۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ قُطِّعَتۡ لَهُمۡ ثِيَابٞ مِّن نَّارٖ يُصَبُّ مِن فَوۡقِ رُءُوسِهِمُ ٱلۡحَمِيمُ
These921 are two adversaries who have disputed over their Lord. But those who disbelieved will have cut out for them garments of fire. Poured upon their heads will be scalding water

Al-Mukhtasar
After mentioning those who prostrate to Him in obedience and those who refrain, Allah the Exalted and Transcendent proceeds to comment on their respective destinations, stating:
These are two groups arguing regarding their Lord as to which of them is right: The group of believers and the group of disbelievers. The Fire will encompass the disbelievers, just as clothes cover the person wearing them, and boiling water will be poured on their heads.
