وَلَا يَزَالُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي مِرۡيَةٖ مِّنۡهُ حَتَّىٰ تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ بَغۡتَةً أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَهُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمٍ عَقِيمٍ
But those who disbelieve will not cease to be in doubt of it until the Hour comes upon them unexpectedly or there comes to them the punishment of a barren Day.935

- 935 One which will not be followed by night and therefore will not give birth to a new day, referring to the Day of Resurrection.

Al-Mukhtasar
Those who disbelieve in Allah and reject His Messenger will remain in doubt about the Quran Allah revealed to you. They will continue upon that until the Hour comes to them suddenly or the punishment of a Day comes to them in which there is no mercy or good for them, which is the Day of Resurrection.
