ٱلۡمُلۡكُ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلَّهِ يَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فِي جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
[All] sovereignty that Day is for Allāh;936 He will judge between them. So they who believed and did righteous deeds will be in the Gardens of Pleasure.

Al-Mukhtasar
Dominion on the Day of Resurrection - when the punishment they were promised shall come to them - will only be for Allah alone. He will have no competitor for it. He (may He be Exalted) will judge between the believers and the disbelievers. He will judge each of them as they deserve: those who believed and did righteous deeds will be granted a great reward in gardens of everlasting bliss that will never end.
