هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ عَٰلِمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِۖ هُوَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
He is Allāh, other than whom there is no deity, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed.1657 He is the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

Al-Mukhtasar
He is Allah; there is no rightful object of worship besides Him, Knower of what is absent and what is present; nothing of that is hidden from Him. He is Vastly Merciful in the worldly life and Afterlife and bestows His mercy in both of them to whom He wills. His mercy encompasses all creation. He is the King, the One exalted and pure from any deficiency, free from every defect, the One who affirms the truth of His messengers with astonishing signs, the Observer over the actions of His slaves. He is the Mighty who none defeat, the Dominator who compels everything with His dominance, the Superior. Allah is vindicated and pure from what the polytheists associate with Him of idols and otherwise.
