Indeed, your Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is ever, concerning His servants, Aware and Seeing.

Al-Mukhtasar
Your Lord expands the provision for whomever He wills and restricts it for whoever He wills based on far-reaching wisdom. He is All-Aware and Observant of His slaves. Nothing of theirs is hidden from Him, and He deals with respect to them however He wills.
