Surah Al-Jinn 72:28 الجن

لِّيَعۡلَمَ أَن قَدۡ أَبۡلَغُواْ رِسَٰلَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيۡهِمۡ وَأَحۡصَىٰ كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ عَدَدَۢا
That he [i.e., Muḥammad (ﷺ)] may know1776 that they have conveyed the messages of their Lord; and He has encompassed whatever is with them and has enumerated all things in number.

Al-Mukhtasar
In hopes that the Messenger may know that messengers before him had delivered the messages of their Lord, which He commanded them to deliver, due to the care Allah encompassed it with. Allah's knowledge encompasses what the angels and messengers have, so nothing from that is concealed from Him. He enumerated the number of all things, so nothing from them is concealed from Him (may He be Exalted).
