ذَٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤۡتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
That is the bounty of Allāh, which He gives to whom He wills, and Allāh is the possessor of great bounty.

Al-Mukhtasar
That which was mentioned of sending the Messenger to the Arabs and others is the favor of Allah; He bestows it to whom He wills. Allah possesses great benevolence, and from His great benevolence is Him sending the Messenger of this nation to all people.
