قَالَ أَمَّا مَن ظَلَمَ فَسَوۡفَ نُعَذِّبُهُۥ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ فَيُعَذِّبُهُۥ عَذَابٗا نُّكۡرٗا
He said, "As for one who wrongs,796 we will punish him. Then he will be returned to his Lord, and He will punish him with a terrible punishment [i.e., Hellfire].

Al-Mukhtasar
Dhul-Qarnayn said: As for the one who associates partners with Allah and persists in that after our call to him to worship Allah, then we shall punish him by killing [him] in this life. Then he will return to his Lord on the Day of Resurrection, and He shall then torment him with a terrible torment.
