وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذۡ جَعَلَ فِيكُمۡ أَنۢبِيَآءَ وَجَعَلَكُم مُّلُوكٗا وَءَاتَىٰكُم مَّا لَمۡ يُؤۡتِ أَحَدٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
And [mention, O Muḥammad], when Moses said to his people, "O my people, remember the favor of Allāh upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors253 and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds.

Al-Mukhtasar
Remember, O Messenger, when Moses said to his people, the Israelites: O my people, remember with your hearts and tongues how Allah blessed you when he made prophets among you, calling you to guidance, and made you kings in charge of yourselves after you were subjugated slaves, and gave you blessings that He had not given to anyone else in the world during your time.
