يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ ٱلۡمُقَدَّسَةَ ٱلَّتِي كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ وَلَا تَرۡتَدُّواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَدۡبَارِكُمۡ فَتَنقَلِبُواْ خَٰسِرِينَ
O my people, enter the blessed land [i.e., Palestine] which Allāh has assigned to you and do not turn back [from fighting in Allāh's cause] and [thus] become losers."

Al-Mukhtasar
Moses said: O my people, enter the purified land (Jerusalem and the surrounding lands), which Allah has promised that you will enter and fight the disbelievers there. Do not be weak in front of the tyrants, as this will result in loss in both this life and the next.
