Al-Mukhtasar
After prohibiting allegiance to Jews, Christians, and non-believers, Allah instructs believers on whom to ally with, stating:
Neither the Christians, nor the Jews, nor other disbelievers are your allies. Rather your only allies and supporters are Allah and His Messenger, and the believers who perform all their prayers correctly, pay the Zakat (obligatory alms), and submit humbly to Allah.
