قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمۡتُ نَفۡسِي فَٱغۡفِرۡ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
He said, "My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me," and He forgave him. Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

Al-Mukhtasar
Knowing what he had done, Moses called upon His lord and said: O my Lord, I have wronged myself by killing this Copt, so forgive me for my sin. Allah showed us that He forgave Moses. Indeed, He forgives His slaves who repent and is merciful towards them.
