يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِن تُطِيعُواْ فَرِيقٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَرُدُّوكُم بَعۡدَ إِيمَٰنِكُمۡ كَٰفِرِينَ
O you who have believed, if you obey a party of those who were given the Scripture, they would turn you back, after your belief, [to being] unbelievers.

Al-Mukhtasar
O you who believe in Allah and follow His Messenger, if you obey a group of the People of the Book among the Jews and Christians in what they say and you accept their thinking in what they allege, they will cause you to return to Disbelief after Belief due to what is in them of jealousy and deviation from guidance.
