Al-Mukhtasar
To Allah belongs the creation and management of all that is in the heavens and the earth. He forgives the sins of whomever He wills among His slaves through His Mercy. And He punishes whomever He wills through his justice. Allah is Forgiving and Merciful to those who repent to Him.
