أَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّا جَعَلۡنَا ٱلَّيۡلَ لِيَسۡكُنُواْ فِيهِ وَٱلنَّهَارَ مُبۡصِرًاۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتٖ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Do they not see that We made the night that they may rest therein and the day giving sight? Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.

Al-Mukhtasar
When they rejected the concept of resurrection, Allah drew their attention to the states that demonstrate it in their own lives: their sleeping, which resembles death, and their waking up, which resembles resurrection:
Do those who reject the resurrection not see that We made the night for them to rest by sleeping and the day bright so that they can see and hasten to do their work? Indeed, that recurring death and resurrection contain clear signs for those who believe.
