وَيَوۡمَ يُنفَخُ فِي ٱلصُّورِ فَفَزِعَ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ وَكُلٌّ أَتَوۡهُ دَٰخِرِينَ
And [warn of] the Day the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will be terrified except whom Allāh wills. And all will come to Him humbled.

Al-Mukhtasar
Remember, O Messenger, there will be a day when the horn will be blown a second time by the angel entrusted with it, and everyone in the heavens and the Earth will be terrified except those who Allah has exempted as a favor from Him. All Allah's creation will come to Him obedient and humble on that day.
