إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِتَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِمَآ أَرَىٰكَ ٱللَّهُۚ وَلَا تَكُن لِّلۡخَآئِنِينَ خَصِيمٗا
Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], the Book in truth so you may judge between the people by that which Allāh has shown you. And do not be for the deceitful an advocate.

Al-Mukhtasar
I have sent down the Quran to you, O Messenger, containing the truth so that you can settle all matters between the people following what Allah has taught and inspired you with, not with your inclinations and thoughts. Do not defend those who betray their own selves and their promises, deterring someone from seeking his rights from them.
