Those are the disbelievers, truly. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.

Al-Mukhtasar
Those who that do that are, in fact, disbelievers because whoever disbelieves in the messengers, or some of them, has actually disbelieved in Allah and all of His messengers. We have prepared a humiliating torment for disbelievers on The Day of Resurrection as a punishment for their refusal to have faith in Allah and His messengers.
