لَّٰكِنِ ٱللَّهُ يَشۡهَدُ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ إِلَيۡكَۖ أَنزَلَهُۥ بِعِلۡمِهِۦۖ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ يَشۡهَدُونَۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدًا
But Allāh bears witness to that which He has revealed to you. He has sent it down with His knowledge, and the angels bear witness [as well]. And sufficient is Allāh as Witness.

Al-Mukhtasar
Even if the Jews disbelieve in you, Allah testifies to the truth of what He sent to you, O Muhammad, from the Quran. In it, He has revealed the knowledge that He wants His slaves to know from what He loves, likes, dislikes, and condemns. The angels bear witness along with the testimony of Allah that what you have brought is true. Sufficient is Allah as a witness, for his testimony is enough without needing anyone else's.
