وَلَا تَتَمَنَّوۡاْ مَا فَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦ بَعۡضَكُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٖۚ لِّلرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٞ مِّمَّا ٱكۡتَسَبُواْۖ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيبٞ مِّمَّا ٱكۡتَسَبۡنَۚ وَسۡـَٔلُواْ ٱللَّهَ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٗا
And do not wish for that by which Allāh has made some of you exceed others. For men is a share of what they have earned, and for women is a share of180 what they have earned. And ask Allāh of His bounty. Indeed Allāh is ever, of all things, Knowing.

Al-Mukhtasar
O believers, do not wish for that by which Allah favors some of you over others, lest that leads to resentment and envy. Women should not wish for what Allah has given to men in particular. Indeed, both genders have a share of acts that suit them. Call upon Allah to increase what He grants you. Allah knows everything, so He gives each of them what is consistent with their actions.
