۞ وَٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَلَا تُشۡرِكُواْ بِهِۦ شَيۡـٔٗاۖ وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَٰنٗا وَبِذِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينِ وَٱلۡجَارِ ذِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡجَارِ ٱلۡجُنُبِ وَٱلصَّاحِبِ بِٱلۡجَنۢبِ وَٱبۡنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَمَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخۡتَالٗا فَخُورًا
Worship Allāh and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the neighbor farther away, the companion at your side,186 the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess. Indeed, Allāh does not like those who are self-deluding and boastful,

Al-Mukhtasar
Worship Allah alone by submission to Him, and do not worship any others with Him. Be good to your parents by honoring and treating them with benevolence. Be good to relatives, orphans, and the poor. Be good to the neighbor with whom you share kinship and the neighbor with whom you do not. Be good to the friend who accompanies you. Be good to the traveler who is a stranger and has no means to complete their journey. Be good to those you own [slaves]. Allah does not like the ones who are amazed by themselves, arrogant with His slaves, and given to praising himself by boasting to others.
