وَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ شِقَاقَ بَيۡنِهِمَا فَٱبۡعَثُواْ حَكَمٗا مِّنۡ أَهۡلِهِۦ وَحَكَمٗا مِّنۡ أَهۡلِهَآ إِن يُرِيدَآ إِصۡلَٰحٗا يُوَفِّقِ ٱللَّهُ بَيۡنَهُمَآۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا خَبِيرٗا
And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allāh will cause it between them. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Aware.

Al-Mukhtasar
If you fear, O appointed representative of the two spouses, that the disagreement between the two of them will lead to enmity and mutual hostility, then send a just man from the family of the husband and a just man from the family of the wife to determine the advantages of separation or reconciliation - which is more preferred and worthier. If the two judges want reconciliation and they both pursue the best methods for it, Allah will reconcile the two spouses and remove the disagreement between them. Nothing about His slaves is hidden from Allah, and He is All-Knowledgeable of the minute things they conceal in their hearts.
