الٓمٓرۚ تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِۗ وَٱلَّذِيٓ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Alif, Lām, Meem, Rā.⁶²² These are the verses of the Book; and what has been revealed to you from your Lord is the truth, but most of the people do not believe.

Al-Mukhtasar

Alif Lām Mīm Rā – This surah begins with disconnected letters, the explanation for which has already preceded in Surat Al-Baqarah. These sublime verses in this surah (chapter) and the Quran that Allah has revealed upon you, O Messenger, is the absolute truth in which there is no uncertainty. There is no doubt that it is from Allah. However, most people do not believe in it out of stubbornness and arrogance.
