ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي رَفَعَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ بِغَيۡرِ عَمَدٖ تَرَوۡنَهَاۖ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلّٞ يَجۡرِي لِأَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗىۚ يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ يُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لَعَلَّكُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّكُمۡ تُوقِنُونَ
It is Allāh who erected the heavens without pillars that you [can] see; then He established Himself above the Throne623 and made subject624 the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term. He arranges [each] matter; He details the signs that you may, of the meeting with your Lord, be certain.

Al-Mukhtasar
Allah is the One who has created the heavens high without any support structures that you can see. He then ascended and rose above the Throne in an ascension befitting of His Majesty; Exalted is He, without modality or likening. He subjugated the sun and the moon for the benefit of His creation. Both the sun and the moon run along a specified period in the knowledge of Allah. He, the Exalted, disposes the affairs of the heavens and the earth as He wills. He makes clear the signs that are proof of His ability in the hope that you will be certain of meeting your Lord on the Day of Judgment so that you will prepare for it by righteous deeds.
