كَذَٰلِكَ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ فِيٓ أُمَّةٖ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهَآ أُمَمٞ لِّتَتۡلُوَاْ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ وَهُمۡ يَكۡفُرُونَ بِٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۚ قُلۡ هُوَ رَبِّي لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيۡهِ تَوَكَّلۡتُ وَإِلَيۡهِ مَتَابِ
Thus have We sent you to a community before which [other] communities have passed on so you might recite to them that which We revealed to you, while they disbelieve in the Most Merciful. Say, "He is my Lord; there is no deity except Him. Upon Him I rely, and to Him is my return."

Al-Mukhtasar
Just as we sent previous messengers to their nations, We sent you - O Messenger -to your nation so that you may recite the Quran We revealed. It is sufficient proof for your truthfulness, yet the condition of your people is that they reject this miracle because they deny the Benevolent One as they associate others with Him as partners. Say, O Messenger, The Benevolent One, with whom you associate others as partners, He is my Lord; no one deserves to be worshipped but He; in Him, I put my trust for all my affairs, and to Him, I turn in repentance.
