۞ مَّثَلُ ٱلۡجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِي وُعِدَ ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَۖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ أُكُلُهَا دَآئِمٞ وَظِلُّهَاۚ تِلۡكَ عُقۡبَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَواْۚ وَّعُقۡبَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ٱلنَّارُ
The example [i.e., description] of Paradise, which the righteous have been promised, is [that] beneath it rivers flow. Its fruit is lasting, and its shade. That is the consequence for the righteous, and the consequence for the disbelievers is the Fire.

Al-Mukhtasar
The description of Paradise for those mindful of Allah by fulfilling His commands and avoiding His prohibitions is that rivers flow under its trees and palaces. Its fruits are everlasting and never cease, unlike this world's fruit. Its shade lasts without ever retracting. That outcome awaits those mindful of Allah by fulfilling His commands and avoiding His prohibitions. The outcome of the disbelievers is the Fire, which they will enter to remain there forever.
