وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلٗا مِّن قَبۡلِكَ وَجَعَلۡنَا لَهُمۡ أَزۡوَٰجٗا وَذُرِّيَّةٗۚ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَن يَأۡتِيَ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۗ لِكُلِّ أَجَلٖ كِتَابٞ
And We have already sent messengers before you and assigned to them wives and descendants. And it was not for a messenger to come with a sign except by permission of Allāh. For every term is a decree.

Al-Mukhtasar
And We have sent messengers before you, O Messenger, who were human, so you are not an innovation amongst the messengers. We gave them wives and children like other human beings. We did not make them angels who do not marry and have children. You are one of those messengers who is human, marries, and has children. So why are the polytheists surprised that you are that way? It is not befitting that a messenger comes up with a verse from himself except that Allah permits him to bring it forth. In every matter Allah has decreed, there is a book that mentions it and a prescribed time that is not delayed or prolonged.
