Surah Ar-Rum 30:50 الروم

فَٱنظُرۡ إِلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِ رَحۡمَتِ ٱللَّهِ كَيۡفَ يُحۡيِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَآۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمُحۡيِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
So observe the effects of the mercy of Allāh - how He gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed, that [same one] will give life to the dead, and He is over all things competent.

Al-Mukhtasar
O Messenger, look at the effects of the rainfall that Allah sends out of mercy for His slaves; how Allah revives the earth with the various plants that grow after it has dried up and become barren. Indeed, He who restored that dry earth is the One who will resurrect the dead back to life. He is Omnipotent over everything; nothing is beyond His capability.
