ذَٰلِكَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ أَنزَلَهُۥٓ إِلَيۡكُمۡۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يُكَفِّرۡ عَنۡهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ وَيُعۡظِمۡ لَهُۥٓ أَجۡرًا
That is the command of Allāh, which He has sent down to you; and whoever fears Allāh - He will remove for him his misdeeds and make great for him his reward.

Al-Mukhtasar
That which was mentioned of the rulings of divorce, taking back [the wife after divorce], and 'iddah is the ruling of Allah. He sent it down to you, O believers, to act upon it. Whoever takes heed of Allah by complying with His commands and avoiding His prohibitions, He will wipe out his misdeeds, which he carried out, and grant him a great reward in the Hereafter. It is entering Paradise and achieving the delight that is not [ever] exhausted.
