فَإِن تَابُواْ وَأَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُاْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ فَإِخۡوَٰنُكُمۡ فِي ٱلدِّينِۗ وَنُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ
But if they repent, establish prayer, and give zakāh, then they are your brothers in religion; and We detail the verses for a people who know.

Al-Mukhtasar
If they repent to Allah from their disbelief, pronounce the two testimonies, establish the prayer, and give the Zakat (obligatory alms) from their wealth. They have become Muslims, and they are your brothers in religion. They then have the same rights and duties you have, and it is not permissible for you to fight them. Their acceptance of Islam protects their blood, money, and honor. Allah explains the verses clearly to people who know, as they are the ones who will benefit from them and will cause others to benefit as well.
