وَتَرَى ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ حَآفِّينَ مِنۡ حَوۡلِ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّهِمۡۚ وَقُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ وَقِيلَ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, exalting [Allāh] with praise of their Lord. And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, "[All] praise to Allāh, Lord of the worlds."

Al-Mukhtasar
The angels on that witnessed day will surround the throne, declaring Allah to be free from what the disbelievers say that is not befitting. Allah will judge between all creation with justice, honoring those whom He honors and punishing those He punishes. It will be said: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all created things, for the judgment that He passed of mercy for His believing slaves and punishment for His disbelieving slaves.
