But if they are arrogant - then those who are near your Lord [i.e., the angels] exalt Him by night and by day, and they do not become weary.

Al-Mukhtasar
So if they show arrogance and turn away, not prostrating to Allah the Creator, the angels with Allah exalt and praise Him (may He be Exalted) throughout the day and night anyway, and they do not become bored of their worship of Him.
