وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ أَنَّكَ تَرَى ٱلۡأَرۡضَ خَٰشِعَةٗ فَإِذَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهَا ٱلۡمَآءَ ٱهۡتَزَّتۡ وَرَبَتۡۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡيَاهَا لَمُحۡيِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰٓۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ
And of His signs is that you see the earth stilled, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and grows. Indeed, He who has given it life is the Giver of Life to the dead. Indeed, He is over all things competent.

Al-Mukhtasar
Among Allah's signs that demonstrate His omnipotence, oneness, and ability to resurrect is that you see the earth without any plants. Then, when We send down rainwater, it begins to move due to the hidden growth of seeds, and it rises. Indeed, the One who revived this barren earth through growth is the One who will revive the dead and resurrect them to take them to account and recompense them. Indeed, He is Omnipotent over everything; reviving the earth after it has become barren is not impossible for Him, nor is reviving the dead and resurrecting them from their graves.
