هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن تُرَابٖ ثُمَّ مِن نُّطۡفَةٖ ثُمَّ مِنۡ عَلَقَةٖ ثُمَّ يُخۡرِجُكُمۡ طِفۡلٗا ثُمَّ لِتَبۡلُغُوٓاْ أَشُدَّكُمۡ ثُمَّ لِتَكُونُواْ شُيُوخٗاۚ وَمِنكُم مَّن يُتَوَفَّىٰ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَلِتَبۡلُغُوٓاْ أَجَلٗا مُّسَمّٗى وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
It is He who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot; then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you] that you reach your [time of] maturity, then [further] that you become elders. And among you is he who is taken in death before [that], so that you reach a specified term;1378 and perhaps you will use reason.

Al-Mukhtasar
He is the One who created Adam from dust. After that, He created you from a sperm-drop, then after a sperm-drop from clotted blood, and after that, He takes you out of your mothers' wombs as small children so that you reach the peak of your strength and grow older until you become elders. And some of you die before that, reaching a fixed time in the knowledge of Allah, which you cannot decrease or increase. Perhaps you may benefit from this proof and evidence of His power and oneness.
